1. Our reactor brim capacity 3kl and reaction capacity 2kl. 2. We need a blender of 4 kl in ms with high speed vfd. 3. We need an limpet in ss304, reactor in 316, jacket in ms 4. Condenser and collection vessel with reflux line. 5. Alkyd manufacturing will be xylene process, hence xylene spray nozzles. 6. We will need erectioning guidlines or services if possible. 7. Also will need a final material packaging machine with filteration directly from the reactor cum blender. We need complete plant turn key. Only boiler and land will be provided by us.
